Greg was great to work with from start to closing. I’d never sold a business before, and his overview of the process was as most helpful. His business valuation was exactly what we closed for. The buyer had never purchased a business before, and Greg helped her understand the process and escorted her through the process of getting an SBA loan. While I certainly wouldn’t describe the process as enjoyable, Greg did everything in his power to make it less tedious and painful. Highly recommended for anyone attempting to sell a small business!
